If the toilet is clogged during your stay, it might lead to call for a technician that you will have to pay at your own cost

• Check-in is after 3:00 PM up to 8PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. We’re often flexible with timing, but it’s not guaranteed. Please let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you :) • Additional charges may apply for any loss or damage during your stay. • In compliance with Thailand tourism regulations and for your safety, we require passport photos for all guests prior to arrival. • Electricity is charged separately. We’ll record the meter readings at check-in and check-out. The rate is 7 THB per kWh. To help reduce your electricity costs, please keep doors and windows closed when using the air conditioning. • Please note: access to the residence includes a road with a slope. If you choose to walk, it will require a bit of effort.
