1. Strictly non-smoking apartment * Smoking inside is forbidden. * Any smell or trace of tobacco will incur a flat 5,000 THB deep-cleaning fee. 2. Inventory and damaged / missing items * Every item is checked at each check-in and check-out. * Please report any damage immediately so we can resolve it quickly. 3. Respect for the property and neighbours * Keep the apartment clean and tidy. * Avoid moving furniture and respect the residence’s quiet atmosphere. • Check-in is after 3:00 PM up to 8PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. We’re often flexible with timing, but it’s not guaranteed. Please let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. • Additional charges may apply for any loss or damage during your stay. • In compliance with Thailand tourism regulations and for your safety, we require passport photos for all guests prior to arrival. • Electricity is charged separately. We’ll record the meter readings at check-in and check-out. The rate is 7 THB per kWh. To help reduce your electricity costs, please keep doors and windows closed when using the air conditioning. • For stays of 7 nights or more, one extra set of fresh linen and towels is provided free of charge. • Extra cleaning and bedding changes are available at an additional cost of 1,700 THB per service. Please request this service via message 1–2 days in advance. • Access to the Property: If you arrive by car, please note that the road leading to the building is quite steep, which is common in this area to get a sew view! Most cars can access it without any issue, but please drive carefully when approaching. When collecting the key at the lobby, you will walk through one building to reach the residence building. The walk is short, but there are a few steps along the way. • Please treat the apartment with care and respect - we want all guests to enjoy their stay. Update: The swimming pool will be closed from 20–26 July 2026, for a total period of 7 days for renovation.
