• Electricity usage is billed separately at 7 THB per kWh. Meter readings will be recorded at check-in and check-out, and you’ll be charged based on actual consumption during your stay. We will request a pre-payment of the electricity consumption, calculated at 700 THB per day, to be paid on the check-in day. • Check-in is usually anytime between 3:00 PM to 8PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
